Dined out today at a chicken restaurant.
Now this place grilles the chicken and it is totally yummy, so instead of the fries or rice I asked for salad. They asked if I ate olives and OH yeas I said... hahaha the salad there is to die for! And the chicken was awesome. I couldn't eat all the salad and chose to finish the chicken and have 1/3 of the salad. I mean the amount of salad was like a main course thing and not a side dish... hahahaha
But remember if you dine out is is very easy to swap things out for a healthier choice. Fries and rice can be swapped for fresh salad and I still have not been to a restaurant that isn't happy to oblige. Never hesitate to ask the most you would get is no and then just get more steak and no trimmings... lol

Depends on what day of the week it is. I normally go for some sort of salad during the work week. Simple easy and I am often lazy enough to go to the store and buy from the salad bar. Just make sure you don´t do the bread cubes or the fruits :)
Today I got my lazy boots on but am hungry, probably cause of the chicken I had last night lol

Containing more or less just proteins I know... but dinner is just veggies so what the heck.
